Raffiné Arch Enhanced are sleek, refined, V-vamp shoes 

built on a new tapered last.  They have a medium platform to fit a foot that tapers at the metatarsal and toes.  A streamlined heel with no excess fabric or sponge in the heel counter.  This contoured heel and shorter insole and outsole allow maximum articulation which follows the natural curve of the foot en pointe.  The Raffiné has a sleek look with low sides that will enhance the dance’s foot.  Raffiné is made of reinforced satin which is stronger and longer lasting than traditional satin.  This satin also helps to reduce wrinkles and provide a smoother look.  Additional layers in the pleating muffle noise.  The paste

in the Raffiné allows the shoe to conform to the foot rather than forcing the foot to conform to the shoe.

The Arch Enhanced is made with Bloch's new Arch Enhance technology.  

Additional support is provided through the arch of the shoe while allowing greater articulation through the toes and heel.  This is different from a “Strong” version which has a double shank throughout the entire insole.  The Arch Enhanced styles allow greater flexibility while adding strength through the arch.
